Compassionate support to help you feel calmer & more energised.
My Story
I have struggled with anxiety from a young age but hit a particularly low point when I finished uni at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic. I had pushed myself to the point of burnout, resulting in me struggling with both physical and mental symptoms for months afterwards. I was also in a chronic state of high anxiety. Although everyone’s struggles are unique, I believe this is what helps me understand your experience.
Fortunately, I was able to get support and step by step made changes to improve my mental health and rebuild my life. Having support from a therapist and learning tools to help yourself is so valuable and I would love for you to experience the same. I have had an interest in wellbeing and psychology for a long time, but was initially unsure of where to take this as a career. With my mental health in a better place, and having found a course I was interested in, I took the leap and trained as a therapist myself.
I chose to train in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy as I want to provide not only a supportive space to explore your feelings, but evidence-based, practical tools to help empower you. You can continue to use these tools moving forwards through life’s inevitable challenges.
My mission is to help you feel calmer, sleep better & reduce overwhelm, so that you have more energy for the things you value most.
If my approach resonates with you, do get in touch. I’d love to support you to improve your emotional wellbeing & start enjoying life again.

My Values
Connection
The relationship you have with your therapist is one of the most important aspects of therapy. This is why I offer a free 15-minute chat so you can make sure you feel comfortable working with me and we can make sure I am the right therapist to help you. Collaboration is also a key part of my approach, so it is important you feel you can trust me and are willing to take an active role in therapy.
Compassion
My practice centres around supporting you. I aim to create a nurturing space where you can explore your feelings, while also gently challenging you in ways that will help increase your emotional wellbeing. Throughout the process I will listen to you and be honest. I encourage you to get curious about your thoughts, feelings and behaviour and begin to observe them non-judgementally.
Growth
My aim is to empower you with the tools to become your own therapist, without being reliant on me for long-term therapy. We will set goals and monitor progress to make sure you are getting what you need from therapy. I also encourage feedback so I can tailor the sessions to you.
It is important for me to grow as a therapist too. My practice is grounded in evidence-based approaches, and I am committed to continuing to learn and improve my knowledge. I also have regular supervision.
