Mini Sleep Session

A one-off, 90 minute session to optimise your sleep & prevent short-term sleep difficulties from becoming an ongoing problem.

Who Is The Mini Sleep Session For ?

This is for you if:

  • You’ve been struggling to fall asleep or stay asleep for less than 3 months

  • You feel your trouble sleeping is linked to a recent period of stress or anxiety

  • You want to prevent the occasional night of bad sleep from becoming a more chronic problem

  • You’d like some support with implementing sleep supporting habits

  • You want to learn practical skills to calm your mind & body and optimise your sleep

  • You feel confused or overwhelmed by all the sleep advice out there

  • You’d like some evidence-based tools to help you navigate general worry and stress that you can integrate into your daily life

This is not for you if:

  • You’ve been struggling with poor sleep on several days a week for more than 3 months, or have a diagnosis of insomnia

  • You have symptoms other than struggling to fall asleep or stay asleep, such as:

    • Restless legs

    • Heavy snoring

    • Sleep walking

    • Frequent nightmares

  • You are required to do regular shift work

  • You are looking for ongoing weekly support, accountability & help overcoming any obstacles to improving your sleep

  • Anxiety and poor sleep are significantly impacting your ability to function day-to-day; for example, needing to cancel meetings or being unable to work

The Details

This is a 90-minute session to help you optimise your sleep & prevent recent, or occasional, sleep difficulties from becoming an ongoing problem.

The session structure is flexible, but tends to focus on sleep education and practical tools that you can incorporate into daily life. You’ll come away with a personalised action plan for improving your sleep.

Some examples of what we might cover include:

  • Sleep hygiene and habits

  • Relaxation skills, such as breathing practices

  • Mental imagery techniques, hypnotherapy or yoga nidra

  • Mindfulness & acceptance-based techniques

The session takes place on Zoom and costs £180.

After the session, you will receive a summary of what we discussed & any relevant resources. You will also get one week of email support, in case you think of any further questions about what we covered.

    Within 24 hours of booking, you’ll receive an email from me with the session contract & payment details. Your session is confirmed when I receive the signed contract & payment.

  • Complete a pre-session questionnaire. This helps me understand what you are struggling with and tailor the session to be most beneficial for you.

  • Attend your session & start sleeping better!
