Book Library
I have always been a bookworm and when I was a child you could find me reading under the covers at bedtime with a torch. As I’ve got older and more interested in psychology and wellbeing, I have started enjoying a lot more non-fiction books. I thought I would share some of my favourites in case you’re looking for some inspiration for your next read or would like to find out more about particular topics. I’ll keep the list updated as I read more books.
Already Enough: A Path to Self-Acceptance (Lisa Olivera)
The Expectation Effect: How Your Mindset Can Transform Your Life (David Robson)
How to Build a Healthy Brain: Reduce stress, anxiety and depression and future-proof your brain (Kimberley Wilson)
It’s Not Ok to Feel Blue (and other lies): Inspirational people open up about their mental health (Scarlett Curtis)
Why We Sleep: The New Science of Sleep and Dreams (Matthew Walker)
Atomic Habits (James Clear)
