Book Library

I have always been a bookworm and when I was a child you could find me reading under the covers at bedtime with a torch. As I’ve got older and more interested in psychology and wellbeing, I have started enjoying a lot more non-fiction books. I thought I would share some of my favourites in case you’re looking for some inspiration for your next read or would like to find out more about particular topics. I’ll keep the list updated as I read more books.
